User Agreement

Welcome to MentCafe ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the App.

**1. Acceptance of Terms**

1.1. By accessing or using the App in any manner, you agree to these Terms and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published from time to time on the App by us.

1.2. If you do not agree to all the Terms, then you may not access the App or use any services provided by the App.

**2. Description of the App**

2.1. The App provides a platform where users can connect with mentors and mentees, participate in messaging, chatroom discussions, utilize goal tracking tools, and create profiles.

2.2. The App is intended for use by individuals aged 18 and older. Users under the age of 18 must have parental consent to use the App.

**3. User Accounts and Responsibilities**

3.1. You must create an account to use certain features of the App. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.3. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the App.

**4. Content and Conduct**

4.1. You are solely responsible for all data, messages, information, text, or other materials ("Content") that you upload, post, publish, or display on or through the App.

4.2. You agree not to upload, post, publish, or transmit any Content that:

   - Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable;

   - Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights of any party;

   - Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;

   - Impersonates any person or entity or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity.

4.3. We reserve the right to remove any Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

**5. Messaging, Chatroom, and Goal Tracking Tools**

5.1. The messaging and chatroom features of the App are provided to facilitate communication between users. You agree to use these features responsibly and in accordance with these Terms.

5.2. Goal tracking tools are provided to help users set, track, and achieve personal and professional goals. You acknowledge that goal progress and achievements are solely your responsibility, and we do not guarantee any specific results from using these tools.

**6. Intellectual Property**

6.1. The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by 4D Hack LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6.2. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written permission.

**7. Privacy Policy**

7.1. Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by this reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

**8. Termination**

8.1. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

8.2. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and we may delete or deactivate your account and all related information and files.

**9. Limitation of Liability**

9.1. In no event shall [Your Company] be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

   - Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App;

   - Any conduct or content of any third party on the App;

   - Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

**10. Governing Law**

10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arkansas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

**11. Changes to Terms**

11.1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

11.2. By continuing to access or use the App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the App.
