Our Founder

Kwadi Higgins, Founder and CEO of 4D Hack LLC

• Education and Experience: I am a computer scientist and life coach. Throughout my career and personal life, I have helped the people around me reach their next level.
• Personal Journey: When I worked from home, it was hard to find mentors or connect with others who understood me. I also felt a bit shy. So, I made MentCafe. It's a place where remote workers like us can find friends and mentors. It's a great way for employers to help their remote teams connect and grow.
• Learning and Growth: Through trial and error, I discovered effective methods for forming connections. Attending conferences further deepened my understanding of mentorship and its importance.
• Research and Belief: I researched what mentorship truly means and believe that everyone should have access to mentors. This belief is a core mission of 4D Hack LLC.

4D Hack LLC was founded with the vision of empowering individuals to improve their lives through trial and error, mindfulness, and seeking knowledge.
